[Champion Concept] Quanx - The Astral Spirit

Hey, this is my first champ concept.

Many people like Rakan as a fun to play support. Quanx has similar, risky playstyle, is also squishy, mobile ond can do "plays". :)

Quanx The Astral Spirit

Role: Support - Enchanter

Stats: Health: 480 (+80 per level) Attack Damage: 50 (+2.4 per level) Attack Speed: .670 (+2.7% per level) Movement Speed: 345 Health Regen: 5.43 (+.5 per level) Armor: 21 (+3.2 per level) Magic Resist: 30 (+0 per level) Range: 550

Cosmic powder (P) - when using an ability, Quanx leaves trail of cosmic powder on a ground behind him, that lasts for 5 seconds. Enemies caught in the path for at least 2 seconds are slowed for 10-40% (depending on level) and grounded. The slow persist after 1 second. When Quanx is invisible, the Powder is also invisible until it affects enemies.

**Mystic Orb (Q) ** RANGE: 1000 / 300 Passive: Stores up to one charge of Mystic Orb every 20/18/16/14/12 seconds (affected by cooldown reduction). Passive: When holding Mystic Orb (has a charge), next Quanx autoattack to enemy champion not seeing Quanx or having reduced vision (blind, nearsight) stuns for 1/1/1.5/1.5/2 seconds and deals extra 50/80/130/170/200 (+0.3 AP) magic damage . Cannot be cast to the same champion more than once every 20 seconds. Active: Throws The Orb on the location, granting sight. If Quanx autoattacks The Orb, destroys it, creating a slow pulse of bright light, which increases sight radius for a moment. The pulse deal 60 / 95 / 130 / 175 / 210 (+50 AP ) magic damage to enemies, slowing them by (16/20/24/28/32%) and applies blind for 1.5 second if they are facing the Orb. Allies are healed for 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 / 175 (+ 40% AP). The Orb returns to Quanx after detonation or self-cast (can return the Orb even if active ability is on cooldown).

Astral Gate (W) RANGE: 500 COOLDOWN: 27 seconds Active: Quanx creates an Astral Gate, which (after 3 seconds of activation) grants first ally who pass through it, including himself, stealth (Quanx - invisibility, ally- camouflage) and 10/20/30/40/50% bonus movement speed. When haunted ally uses the Gate both him and Quanx are affected. Stealth does not work on champions already stealthed (movement speed bonus only). Gate can be destroyed by enemies (has 3 HP). One Gate can be active at once. INVISIBILITY DURATION: 1.5 / 1.5 / 2 / 2 / 2.5 seconds CAMOUFLAGE DURATION: 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 seconds

Spiritual Haunt (E)
RANGE: 300 COOLDOWN: 24 / 21 / 18 / 15 / 12 seconds Active: Quanx haunts enemy, or ally champion, becoming untargetable and unable to use abilities for a 2 seconds. Quanx can autoattack from host once before ability is interrupted, but still attack can apply Mystic Orb (Q) passive. He can reactivate to stop haunt earlier and appear near target and the cursor. If Quanx is invisible, increases invisibility duration by 1.5 seconds. If the target is ally, he gains 150 bonus attack range attack range for next 3 autoattacks (ranged only) and cosmic Powder (P) is active.

Celestial Constellation (R) COOLDOWN: 120 / 100 / 80 seconds Passive: All Quanx abilities leaves a mark on both enemies and allies for 10 second. Quanx has extra 20/30/40% movement speed towards them. Active: Creates a constellation, linking marked allies and enemies and granting true sight. Deals 50/75/100 (+50% AP) plus 3% of target's current health magic damage per second to affected enemies and heal allies for 40/60/80 (+40% AP) per second plus 50% of damage dealt divided by number of linked allies. Lasts up to 4 / 5 / 6 seconds if the link is not broken.

Build: Build is similar to Rakans, cooldowns, lot of movement speed to spread as many Powder as possible.

he should have either 3 fingers on hands or 4 on feet

I like the enchanter/playmaker concept but I think he may have too much damage and he is super complex with all his Passives which could be good or bad
