New "DRAAAAAVEN" Skins

So I had this idea that would make an awesome set of skins. I don't know how many you could make (possibly one for every champion, but that might be too much), but it would be all based. The set could be called "Definitely Not Draven" where all the skins are champions dressed like Draven (kind've backwards to the theme of the "Definitely Not" skins, but its for the good of Draven). An alternate name could be "That's So Draven" (yes, "That's So D-Raven").
