what riot should do with yasuo to lower his ban rate.

Dear riot development team,

I play a lot of yasuo and I been waiting for riot to do something about him constantly being banned. the biggest thing you need to look into riot is his early game. unlike other late game scalers his early game is still very strong unless he gets completely camped and shut down. Yasuo harass is in his "Steel tempest" this is the ability you need to look into. my recommendation is kind of something like a charge system. every 5 auto attacks he can use his "steel tempest" but the stacks don't fall off. kind of like a Twisted fate E passive (dont know the ability name) this will slow down his bullying and harass and will not allow Yasuo to farm safely just like a fizz cant. it would also make it so Yasuo does not need as much attack speed and thus maybe allowing a different build path. this could how ever make the early game very hard for him so you could lower his "wind wall" cool down at early levels. As for his "dash" take off the damage completely. maybe allow some more dashes to add to his out play potential. Nothing is broken about the ult, people complain about his shield refund but he is diving the enemy so if you really wanted to change this. if he ults 1 enemy don't refund his shield. if he ults 2 or more champions refund his shield that way 1v1 match ups have a bit more of a chance to beat yasuo, especially when playing adc. As you mentioned riot yasuo isn't a high pick in higher ellos he is to predictable. its all a time frame with yasuo but add some outplay potential or some unpredictability to him maybe even higher ellos might fine use for him.
