quality of life concept to make the community happier

so, everyone has played a game with that one guy. the full AD Soraka, or full AP pantheon, or even the classic Taric Jungle. i can even be that guy sometimes (i love Youric Jungle!) and personally i dont believe there is anything wrong with people who want to test things, and buy weird items, and generally fuck around. i know it can be alot of fun, unless there is a MLG Rager. and the Rager hates these people (and he ruins their fun!). Sometimes i just want to have a serious game, and i cant because there is a fucko (like me) on my team. and i can get how it makes you frustrated, when you cant just play the game, or get you first win because it takes so long. and so i am makeing a request to riot. a quality of life request.

my request is that we have 2 options for when we queue to a normal game:

1. the normal game, where the serious people, trying to have a serious game, and people get deserving reported in this gametype for being the fucko, the troll, the AD Veigar, the AP twitch. the sivHD-wannabe the one who is ruining the fun.
2. the relaxed game, where the fuckos' can go to have fun and play the game they wanna play, how they wanna play it against other fuckos'. the pick. there is no report button, there is no fear of doing what you want to have fun.

ive been thinking about this for a couple of days, and i think this idea is worth mentioning. this is my first post on the forums, its probably going to be my last, i just feel like this concept is at least worth a try, the only downside i could think of was slightly long queue times as the people would be more or less split. i hope i post this in the right area, where someone from riot will see it and give it a thought.
