Suggestions
Dear Riot games,
I have a few suggestions towards improving the player experience in league of legends.
As the game grew and became one of the most played around the world, it reached a point that even married men and business owners are playing the game during their free time and having a time a punishment as strong as riot games has can be really dissatisfying so:

Instead of directly having being punished by the lower priority queue, the players could given a bit more of room of error. For example, after the second or third game of being afk in a time period and not directly the first.

To have the option of removing the queue by the game management centre if the afk was unintentional or due to a power cut which I believe could be looked in to or proven by the player

- Please make the disconnect timer a bit longer. By that I mean if someone leaves his game on and goes to fitch something important from his car to come back and find that he has to exit and reconnect knowing that it will cause him a 20 minute wait time on EVERY GAME for the next 5 games is a big way of reducing the amount of people who are playing your game (from students who had to bring their bag from the garage to grown up men who don't have the time to wait an hour to be able to play like others)

Instead of having to wait 20 minutes every time, have it in ascending order, from 5 to 20 all the time instead of just the first few afks, thus, when the next game is played, they would make sure they won't afk again. This could also be accompanied with an the idea of making the lower priority queue ascend into 3 games instead of 5. So the first one is just 5 minutes, the second 10-15 and the third 20.

Listen to the people playing this game: As much as I understand how big the company has grown and the amount of the player base exploding, it also means that the company has been earning quite the revenue and collecting profits so hiring more people to answer the requests and fulfill them might not be an all out bad idea. In fact, I was quite unhappy with the response I got a couple of times as it was late and didn't really relate to what I was asking that I thought of quitting the game on multiple occasions.
