Champion Shards and Permanents!

YO my FELLOW summoners!

I think we should be able to take Champion Shards and put them towards Champion Mastery Tokens. Hypothetically, if I buy Champions with Blue Essence, I don't get a permanent. So when I get my 2 M5 tokens I cannot level it up based on permanent. But then I pull the champion in a capsule or chest as a shard. Why can't I use that shard towards my Mastery? I think it should work like that. And it would be cool to see the whole reroll system looked over for cooler combos and utilizations of things in there.

this is worded a little strangely, so just to clarify, you want to be able to get free mastery 6 and mastery 7 on a champion if you happen to pull enough champion shards for them? i disagree
