Idea for Dynamic Queue

Backstory: I was in queue in the pick and ban phase and i had trouble trying to pick my champion (30 sec is not enough for me).

Solution: Is it possible to implement a way to look at the champion pool the ENTIRE time we are waiting for bans and picks?
