Mafia Garen skin concept

Make Garen a mafia cronie skin... Give him some brass knuckles, maybe a cane or crowbar, put him in an Al Capone style suit and hat, make him yell DA MAFIAAAAAAAA. Would go great with Jinx or Graves and would suit Garen's personality as an enforcer of sorts. What do you guys think?
