She is clearly feminine in the splash art and you can see her cleavage and the fact that she has pretty large breasts, so I do not even get what you are on about. But... Why is this so important to you? I, for one, like that Riot has several different body types for both men and women. Riven's facial expression is clearly a result of her focusing her strike. Do you want Riot to only have big breasted stereotypes who only smile and jiggle their breasts? I sure don't!
There is fundamentally not that much difference between men and women physically in the first place anyway, why do you care?
