Sett QOL buff

Can we make Sett’s Q a two part toggle? First Q would be the movement speed and the second would be the Empowered auto attacks. This would help greatly with ganking and the empowered auto attacks not running out before you get there. I would personally love if it wasn’t just moving towards an enemy champion for more mobility getting to camps and lanes but yeah one step at a time 😊
