1 free "dodge" per day without loosing puprose of autofill

There's a lot of players who just pick random champion, not considering what team need or just because they are angry on auto-fill system. I think 1 free dodge per day (can't stack, 1 max on account), in ranked games only, might be a good in practice. It wont make 4 players loose league points, and sometimes nerves, because of one "troll". I'm sure RIOT can implement this without loosing the purpose of auto-fill system by making players, who are positioned by auto-fill and who leave the game in champion select phase, loose that 1 free dodge and still get regular penalty.
