NEWWWW CHAMMP!!!. CeeCee Piltovers One Man Army

Hello everyone ! well this is my first post. So let me introduce myself names Ryley or Darkenvious4424 on the rift. I love league and everything about it. thats including the lore and interesting backstories that comes with character development, with that being said. i found the "The Art of League of Legends" article on the home screen of my client today and was interested so clicked on it and found myself a couple pages deep on Larry Ray"s Braum. On that page they talk about "CeeCee" the OG Braum when first coming up with a new support. I scroll father down to see you already had the art design for her and when i saw her idk i guess you can say i fell in love. I go the sudden urge to have to play her and wanna see her on the rift. I know a lot of people post there ideas for new champs on here. so i thought hey why not give it a try.

Okay well here is my ability and passive concepts for her.

CeeCee, Piltovers One Man Army, Marksman/tank

Passive:(Reloading) After CeeCee Shoots her 4th Q CeeCee gains a shield that last the duration of Q's (In Range) cool down, shedding for 100/150/250/400. if shield is broken CeeCee fumbles her reload adds 1s to Q's(in range's) cool down.

Q:(In range)CeeCee fires a Hextech crafted sniper round at enemy (90/130/250(+.4 ad) that after first contact explodes and does a short range aoe (75 units)(20/90/150(+.4ap)

W:(Here we go!!) CeeCee charges(150units??) enemy with shield knocking back all enemies in path. If reactivated CeeCee hex tech Gunshield exploding dealing (100/175/250(.5ap) aoe dmg knocking CeeCee back (100units) 40Mana if single cast 80 if re-casted.

E:(Rations) CeeCee takes out an M.R.E and gain (3%/5%/7%)health regeneration for (4s)

R:(I got cha Covered) CeeCee jams the but end of here hex tech Gunshield into the ground deploying a barrier that gives allies within the shield invariability. any enemy within targeted range while CeeCee Activates "I Got Cha Covered" get knocked back to the shields range.(so if this happens its like poppy W where the dashes just kinda bounce off.) Shield duration is (3s)

Im not to good with ratios and things like that but i would love to see this in the top lane !!!!. even some lore that maybe dips in with jayce a little.
