My idea for nerfing the stopwatch rune thing

So everyone has been complaining that stopwatch rune is dumb and broken (even me). I have an idea that can possibly change that (probably not going to happen). The idea is a rune that gives a free stopwatch is pretty op, so why not take it away and make the players buy the stopwatch with a discount on it. So instead of 600 gold for the stopwatch, the discount can make it 200 or 250 gold.
