Zac Skin

I've heard tell of riot possibly never releasing a new skin for our rubbery little buddy, but I have an idea for a skin which might have been said before but I don't think it has. Imagine seeing Zac with a straw hat and a red vest, now who does that sound like? Luffy from one piece, since league already references all types of games and songs what's one more? This skin could keep his green skin and stuff just add the straw hat and vest on top, and you have a nice new skin. and I know that I know nothing about programming but I would assume that tossing on a vest and hat wouldn't be EXTREMELY hard. But if it is then I'm wrong, which I most likely am. but yeah some feedback would be nice.
