I just got done playing a ranked game as Leona. It was my first time ever playing in bot with a Kalista (I have avoided this at all costs, but I was last pick so I had no choice). How the HELL do you stun something that can jump every second early game and every half second late game? NO ONE, and I repeat NO ONE, should have this much mobility! Jesus, please nerf her.

Buffs for her are one the PBE right now, and should be arriving next patch. Apparantly, data suggests that she is a bit underpowered, and no top-level players are really finding major success with her, so they are buffing the damage on her E and making it so that it restores 20 mana whenever she last hits something with her E (this can only happen twice per cast, and the cost has gone up to 40). There are also some minor changes to her W that probably technically count as buffs.
I think you might get a bit more discussion if you posted this in the "gameplay and balance" section instead of the "skins and champion concepts" section.
