Tahm Kench Mafia Skin, and other Mafia Champs

So was looking through some skins, especially the mafia themed skins like jinx etc. Was thinking wouldn't Tahm Kench's persona and design be perfect for like a don/mafia boss type skin? What do you guys think? What other champs do you think would work well with the Mafia group?
