Add Function To Activate Microphone For In Game TeamSpeak Online Rather Than Chatting With The Keyboard. This New Concept Is Going To Connect Players That Are Not Sitting Besides And Solve Once And For All The Premade And Random People Playing LoL Difficulties.
If you want an idea on how bad an idea this would be go play DotA2 for a few rounds. So much rage in voice chat it's not even funny.
This issue has been addressed multiple times, and Riot has put their stance on no in game voice chat. Collective polls and stats have been taken to come to this conclusion, and it would only give people more reason to rage and complain, and is less punishable for abusive chat because it cannot be proven physically. It's not going to happen, just download TeamSpeak3 or Curse Voice if you need voice chat so badly.
Oh gosh. Honestly bad idea. With the amount of people that are toxic or flame others I think it would be more problems then good.

The problem with this is that there is no way to separate the toxic players from the normal players. If there was or riot was stricter with it then by all means I think it would be a decent idea.
There is always Skype and other voice options though. Not all players have a head set or microphone. Just think if 4 people are on the voice chat but one isn't because they have no way of using it. That single person would probably be ignored in the communication which isn't fair and definitely a disadvantage for the whole team.
Also another option that some would encounter is having a female in the chat. I'm a female gamer and I don't know if I like the idea of some random kid hitting on me via chat lol. It's happened way too many times honestly
