That is a legacy skin and legacy skins are unlikely to receive a whole lot of love when it comes to visual reworks, its that cheap for a reason.

This is just borderline wrong. Just look at Space Invader Heimerdinger, Phantom Karthus, Kingpin Twitch and Spetacular Sivir,

This will probably be also changed, but only when Mundo's VU is ready.

Space Invader Heimerdinger: A (very poor in my opinion) Module change and his turrets are different. Compare that to Hazmat Heimer, a cheaper skin with more details put into it. Kingping Twitch: Was edited because of visual update to twitch, very minimal differences between the classic twitch model and kingpin twitch. Phantom Karthus: You're right here, Due to the Karthus VU they changed him and he actually looks pretty awesome. The point is that they only change these skins because of VU's, and they never actually put as much effort into these skins as they do non-legacy skins. Plain and Simple.
