Make URF permanent game mode

URF is the Funniest game modes of all times and i have never had so much fun playing a game. If u cant get URF to PvP please make it permanent in Custom games

Really, the best solution is adding all the different game types to custom games. A highly common sense solution that seems to have no place in League.

Exactly, Custom games have NO versatility when players make them.

Riot can host Tournaments with their own victory conditions and where, in Howling Abyss, you can heal and shop after leaving base, but when we make customs, bleh. The Howling Abyss should have AI, or the option to heal, or the option to get Summoner's Rift items. It's a CUSTOM game!

I liked dominion because it gave different objectives and play than the usual group and push lanes like in every other game mode.

Actually, I don't agree with this. URF gets really old, really quickly. The longer it stays around, the more boring it gets. Furthermore, there's also the problem of a meta developing for URF if it stays too long, and this already happens when it's only here for a few days. So in the vein of keeping URF fun and preventing a meta from developing in it to an extreme, I like it being periodic.
