Make URF permanent game mode

URF is the Funniest game modes of all times and i have never had so much fun playing a game. If u cant get URF to PvP please make it permanent in Custom games

Really, the best solution is adding all the different game types to custom games. A highly common sense solution that seems to have no place in League.

Actually, I don't agree with this. URF gets really old, really quickly. The longer it stays around, the more boring it gets. Furthermore, there's also the problem of a meta developing for URF if it stays too long, and this already happens when it's only here for a few days. So in the vein of keeping URF fun and preventing a meta from developing in it to an extreme, I like it being periodic.
