But seriously, go submit a ticket asking if they can provide the small remainder of RP so you can acquire the skin. They'll offer you an opportunity to get that RP! They did it for me a while back.

They tend to respond quickly, maybe a few hours, depending on the time they receive it? They're answered quickly in the early-mornings, from my history.

Its been a day now and still haven't received it yet, for what iv'e read.. It says here that it takes a week or two to receive the email is that correct or is it just you?

Just depends on your luck and their speed of work. I can't give you an accurate time-table, just what i've experienced. I did the same thing and got a response in 2 hours, I was probably just lucky.
