Titan, the shield of Piltover

Read heimerdinger's story and he spoke of a resourceful yordle at the end which i figure was rumble. so the champion would be a robot/being that was created by their efforts

Role: Support

Playstyle: Ranged tank. yes i said ranged

Passive: Living Shield- doubles the armour gained from all sources. Secondly Allows her to disassemble, leaving her core to be cared for when she is unable to. While holding titan the ally gains Titans armour and Magic resist. If none is holding titan's core, Titan loses 50% bonus armour and gains Magic resist equal to her Max Armour. The core can be directly targeted on the champion it was left with to attempt to kill her. If the champion holding her core dies and there are others nearby it is thrown to them before they die, if there are none the core falls to the floor and can be targetted and killed.

Q: Desperate Measures(Toggle) -Titan increases her basic attacks by 10% of her max armour but reduces it by the same amount per attack. Once toggled off, reaches her base armour, or she hasn't attacked for a few seconds the ability goes on cd for 5 seconds in which time she will slowly regenerate her armour. Scales with armour

W: Aegis Guard - Titan breaks herself up into armour pieces leaving her core with her nearest ally and granting all allies close to her a shield for 15% of her total health for 4 seconds. If the shield is destroyed so is her health but if her core is destroyed (has only 40% of her health) then she dies and the shields fall off. Scales with health

E: Soul link - 2 part ability. Titan becomes tethered to party members near her reducing direct damage they take by 10% for 3 seconds. The damage absorbed provides a damage aura that grows in both range and strength the more damage that is absorbs. The aura lasts for 5 seconds. If she takes aoe damage within the first 3 seconds however 10% of it is transferred to her partners. If the enemy team collapses on her she can activate the move again to absorb the aura before it ends to emit an energy pulse that damages all nearby enemies. R: Kamikaze - Titan disassembles sending her suit barrelling towards enemies knocking them to the side for 0.2 seconds. After reaching to target location it explodes creating a massive blast. Champions toward the epicentre are blasted back and take more damage than those at the rim but the champions at the rim are blasted to floor for 1 second. Titans suit regenerates and returns to her 4 seconds after the blast. The ability scales from health, armour and magic resist. 90 second cd
