the ult that kindred deserves

i suggest that when kindred ults an untargetable wolfs is released from where kindred stands and follows the targeted champion gaining speed if the target walks away from kindred. there will be an area around kindred where the wolf cant attack

the wolf will gain damage as the targets hp gets lower making it a kind of executiom abilitie.

this way the target has to take a decision. face lamb and fight for their life or run like a coward and try to scape from wolf outrunning him.

this ult fits way better lorewise having in mind kindred does not save lifes, but they give their prey the choose of acepting their death to lamb or try to run away and be brutally hunted by wolf

oh man. i really wish i could see this in the game . not only it fits perfectly with his lore but it would also synergice so well with his passive for gaining stacks that i think kindred will be way easier to balance

That sounds super cool. The question is damage, since clearly the story is cool if Wolf kills, but sometimes just getting away can be good.

This should just be their E after the slow, he should gain ms based on thier hp 2

Or what about:

R - Twin Spirits - Wolf marks a target for death, a portion of attacks made against Lamb during this time instead affect Wolf's target. If the target dies, Kindred is healed and gains 2 stacks of Mark of the Kindred. If the target survives, they are healed instead.

So you use it to duel people who think they have the upper hand, wait till you are both low, then Twin Spirits your prey - now they will partially kill themselves, you will take reduced damage (a portion being split to them), and you will still be attacking them: a very lopsided fight against death itself. If they die you gain a heal - so in a teamfight this helps Kindred call out a target, leap into the middle of the enemy team, and use their damage swapping onto Them to instead help Them kill Their prey: if the target dies Kindred gets a heal to help Them get out. If however, They marks a target and the target runs away, or They dives in and the enemy team CCs Kindred instead of blowing Them up, or the enemies shield Kindred's target and peel for the target's escape: then Their ineffective assassination is punished by healing the target instead.

Shouldn't be a big heal either way, because that's not really the point of the ability - the point is the joining of Their spirit to another, and their ability to manipulate what that means to Their own benefit.
