Rikshaw is a hybrid mid/top laner who excels in teamfights, melee and move centered.

He will have mana, and a small amount of it, so you have to temper yourself on the skills you throw out. I'm working on balancing that part, plus all damages and ratios on his moves.

Passive- Tough Stuff Rikshaw's resilient body and specialized mask make for convenient resources on the battle field. Rikshaw has 15% tenacity, 3 armor/MR per level, and poison, bleeds, and blinds effect timers are reduced by 50%.

Q- Cheapshot | CD - 8/7/6/5 Rikshaw slashes in any direction around him, cleaving in a short distanced cone. Landing this deals 100/130/160/190 + (.5 AD ratio) bleeding for 5/8/10/15 + (.25 ap ratio) damage per second and slowing for 15%, lasting for 2/3/4/5 Seconds.

W- Mist Bombs: | CD - 8/8/8/8 Rikshaw throws down a cloud of noxious mist, that blinds for the duration that champions are inside it and deals 10/12/14/16 damage per second, if they are bleeding while they are inside it, it deals 20/24/28/30 + (.5 AP ratio) per second. The mist moves forwards very slowly for 4 seconds before dissapating.

E- Mad Dash | CD- 10/9/7/6 Rikshaw dashes a very short distance, further if aimed towards an enemy, if it hits an enemy in its path, it resets Cheapshot's timer.

R- GO WILD! | CD- 120/85/60 Rikshaw gains 20% increased movement speed and gets 1 + X extra uses of his moves, with a 1.5/1/.5 CD inbetween each use. Lasts for 6/7/8 seconds.

(X) Ult passive- Preparation At 6/11/16 Rikshaw gains a Prep Point, this prep point can be spent on one of his moves, adding a number to the top right corner of that skill's icon. Each preparation point put into a skill will allow an extra use of that skill with no mana cost each time Rikshaw uses "GO WILD!". Multiple Prep Points can be put into a skill.

LORE

There's no such thing as a bad mercenary, because a bad mercenary is a dead mercenary, they never see the day when they finally become good ones, because the good ones were born experts. Well... actually that's not totally true, there was ONE exception... Rikshaw grew up by the name of Mathias, picked up by a band of mercs as a kid, Mathias was an eager, and very, very lucky trainee. The streets of Zaun were tough on him, but his body was tougher. It seemed like the kid just couldn't die. Stabbed in the chest? Missed his heart by an inch. Shot in the head? Bullet hit the hard part of his skull. Resilient as he was, he was given the call name "Rikshaw", because he was small, fast and sturdier than any sort of metal in town. However, over time, after quite afew jobs, it seemed these "brushes with death" situations happened way too often. He was discharged from the group, not with any mal-intent, only because the kid was too much of a damn liability. Rikshaw saw this as an opportunity. More for him, he thought. Rikshaw continued pursuing the life as a soldier of fortune, slowly getting better at what he did. He collected the scars he got from his jobs, as if they were trophies of his victories... That and the fact that he was still alive. Quickly, Rickshaw rose in the ranks of mercs all around. He was messy in his jobs, but he sure was effective. Seeing how far he'd come, the band that raised him invited him back eagerly, once a clumsy boy, now a battle-tested weapon of a man. He was offered a high rank, and even higher cut. Tempting as it was, he declined. His mind was set on leaving Zaun, off to somewhere that didn't remind him of the gutter, off to find greater things, and off to find even greater rewards.

Eh, not bad but the problem would be how he would scale. Look at it this way. First off, his q has way to high of damage. It takes out more than a sixth of most level 1 champs. Making the scaling on it lower might be a good idea. I like the concept of the resets on the ult passive, but it reminds me too much of Kat. Plus, if you put points into mad dash, you basically get points in cheapshot. So in theory, you could get 3+1+1+1 cheapshots, all dealing about 190x6 and then adding half of that to itself. I think that might be a wee bit too much.... not even mentioning the last move, which can just make it doing damage over time as well. Try reworking some things, but it's an interesting concept ^.^

Rickshaw-The Rickless Blade.

Passive- Rick Stuff

Q- Rickshot

W- Rick Bombs

E- Mad Rick

R- GO RICK

I decided that the champion itself did not encompass the full value of Rick, so I went and changed around some of the names for abilities. They feel much better now, IMO

Yeah i thought the scaling was high on the Q too, i was convinced otherwise by a friend. Also, do you think the Prep points would be better off bought as items in the shop? Making it harder to get.
