Illaoi came out last November and still only has her skin that she comes out with (voidbringer). Jhin came out after Illaoi and has already gotten a new epic skin (blood moon Jhin). I am an Illaoi main so I would really like to see a new skin for Illaoi come out I think they could get very creative with a skin for her. If you have ideas for skins post them below.
I agree, Illaoi has a lot of potential for skins and its strange that they haven't released one yet. I think a dunkmaster skin could be cool with her ult or an elderwood skin with giant roots in place of her tentacles.
I feel like Illaoi is just one of those characters that's difficult to design skins for ( in part because of her tentacles). Certain characters just lend themselves to different skins concepts more easily.
