I think league is trying to move away from pure value items like this, where they just give raw stats.
That and this would allow ADCs to go full-sustain and still pump out ridiculous amounts of damage with a IE+BT+BoTRK+This, and that still leaves room for 2 more items (one if you assume boots are necessary) while granting you 90% crit chance (plus crit damage buff, and even more if you take the rune for lifesteal) and 32% lifesteal. You could even go Spirit Visage as your last item to get another 10 lifesteal, and if that counted towards this than you'd go over 100% crit (valueable on champs like Xayah and Ashe who have abilities that scale with crit chance past 100%).
I think a better idea would be to make a similar item with a unique passive, something like an on-hit effect.
Here's my version of this item because I like making items too.
Kismet's Glaive
+77 AD, +7% lifesteal.
Unique Active: Increase lifesteal by an additional 7% for 7 seconds. During this time, your lifesteal becomes lifedrain, which steals health from enemies rather than just healing you (effectively a %damage increase, without increasing your lifesteal healed). 77 second cooldown.
Recipe:
BF Sword + Vampiric Scepter + 1000gp (3200gp total).
