• At first Kayn looks like an stripy elf, and his scythe looks like a candy cane (with an eyeball obviously).

• You can transform into either Santa Rhaast (Darkin, ho ho ho) or Krampus Kayn (Shadow Assassin, literal definition of chaos). Alternatively you can transform into either the Grinch (Rhaast) or Jack Frost (Shadow Assassin).

• His VFX for his Q can have little sugar particles, his W can have a frost border, his E I guess will just look like his E so as not confuse people, though maybe the warning ball outside the wall for the other team can look like a peppermint. His ult will literally show a candy cane over their head, rather than the scythe.

• If you can get back Robbie Daymond and Sam Mowry, they can have different lines, like Rhaast going, "Mmm, delicious..," or something along those lines. Kayn floating through the wall can literally say, "Walking in a winter wonderland." Rhaast transforming into, say, Santa, and taking over could say something like: Looks like I'M coming down your chimney/Too bad, Kayn. You were on my naughty list. If you kill Santa Rhaast, he can say: You're going on my naughty list./And a lump of coal for you. If you kill Krampus Kayn, he can say: Just you wait, Krampus always comes back. You could play around a lot with this.

• Did I mention CHROMAS? You could have the whole list of colours in there. Your base one is red and white, but then you could change the red to, say, black, or orange or anything.

• Examples: Black Licorice Candy Kayn, Orange Delight Candy Kayn, Cinnamon Swirl Candy Kayn (darkish golden and warm brown colours), Green Apple Candy Kayn, Sugar Plum Candy Kayn (purple).

• For his backing animation, he plants Rhaast upright in the ground like a pole, builds a little gingerbread house, goes inside and closes the door. The house and Rhaast fly away. If transformed into Santa Rhaast, let's say, he snaps his fingers, a sleigh full of presents comes down from the sky, he jumps in and takes off, lands in the fountain. If transformed into Krampus Kayn, a chimney pops out of the ground, Kayn climbs up and jumps down into the hole, falls out into the fountain.

You could tag CANDY KAYN on to the Winter Wonderland lore of skins from this past Christmas, and release him next Christmas.
