Expanded Gift System Idea

So my idea is with random champions/champion skins via leveling up and/or purchasing, you can gift them via the gift system, so if your feeling generous to friends and have a champion shard you dont want and/or a skins hard, let them redeem it temporarily or perminatly

edit: i COULD see some abuse with this system via alternate accounts, but for that just make it so it cannot be sent to the same ID and email
