Itachi, the bladed whirlwind

This is my concept which i posted on reddit.

The basic rundown: SHE is a mobile slippery dippery assassin that focuses on easy squishy solo kills, or teamfights when she wants to use her ultimate. Her character is based off the japanese demon kamaitachi, which is an invisible weasel with sickle-hands that leave painless but deep cuts on unsuspecting victims.
