Riot has already expressed that Illaoi is a hard case because like Zyra she has so many models to work with. So if they put so many resources into a skin for her, they’d have to make the most of it.

Expect to wait at least another quarter year.

Illaoi already has a promised skin in the works. Kayn and Xayah are brand new, literally this year, so they will most likely be awhile still. Taliyah is another that should get one, sometime soonish.
