Keeping skins
I would like to know if it is possible to keep skins trough out the year cause I didn't have time to by Championship 
Zed and it really sucks.

I am not sure what you mean since you kind of phrased your question poorly but I understand it as you missed the oppurtinity to buy championship Zed and want to know when you can buy it again. The answer to that question is MSI or Worlds.
Limited availability is a part of what makes them more valuable.
Championship skins tend to be available during the World Championship.
Which means there is a chance you may be able to get it this October.
And I also want to by Warring Kindom Garen
but i don't have the money yet to by it so I'm afraid it will go away soon!!
Warring Kingdoms skins are available until the end of the Lunar Revel, February 2nd, 2017
