Why not having a command list

Just like if you are in some other games when you hold shift down and cast a bunch of spells or autos, you get sort of a "list" of commands that casts one after another. Imagine a malp casts his ulti right after he tp into the teamfight, or setting up a command list that allow lee to use his w+r combo faster. Basically is to make combos easier to cast. In most cases I'm seeing this is working with tp since there is a long channeling time for people to set up the list. What do you guys think?
