Aelon, the Noxian Cartographer (Support Champion Concept based on the person who researched Rek'Sai)

I've been thinking, there's one thing that the Noxus team lacks: a good support. Unless we count Morgana as Noxian, but in my personal opinion she doesn't really count.

This brings me to my current idea: A champion who specializes in Map Vision, warding, and movement. A support champion, there to aid his allies. And who fits in more than Aelon the Cartographer, with a mapping theme that fits my idea. He's all about map control and warding, making sure you've got some clue what the enemy is doing.

His autoattacks are hand-throws darts. His animation for when he casts his Q is to scan the area with a telescope. The animation for his W active is throwing a bottle of ink at the ground, causing a black splatter around him. The animation for his E is to wave his hands in the air as if he was a runway assistant. When casting his Ult, during the channel he points a pair of binoculars at his target and points at him.

When I think of his voice, I think of some sort of middle-aged British accent, with a cheeky tone to it.

Hidden Passive: If Rek-Sai is in the game, Aelon gains +5 movement speed.

Passive: Nearby allies gain slightly extra sight range

Q: Mapping Post - after a 3 second channel, Aelon drops a totem at a nearby targeted location which acts as a ward. Any enemy that is seen by the ward are slowed by 20% while in its radius. Ward gives 5% movement speed to allies. Post will persist for 4 minutes. Max 3.

W: Cartography - PASSIVE - Attacks with this champion lower the cool-down on E and R. ACTIVE - Reveals invisible champions and wards in a radius around him and deals magic damage in a splatter of map ink, centered on Aelon.

E: Scout trails - Can only be cast when when 2 Mapping posts have been placed. When cast, a zeppelin will begin flying back and forth begin both points, which has true sight. Champions within a radius of the zeppelin are slowed by 20%. If attacked, it will explode and damage any nearby champions with shrapnel for Magic damage.

R: Rescue Operation - casting this spell on a nearby allied champion will cause them, with a 5.5 second channel time, to be teleported to the most recent Mapping Post that was placed down. While the spell is cast, any damage dealt to the targeted champion will instead be dealt to Aelon

Reason for joining the League: His reason for joining the League of Legends is actually fear. He is afraid of the RekSai, and as a result, most other void creatures. Because of his fear, however, he is also afraid for the woman he loves, who married another man and now lives in Noxus. After seeking a position near the border he found himself slowly obsessing over Rek'Sai, and now wishes to join the League so that he may observe, and study, the creature in close proximity.
