New Ability

Hello Summoners, I Thought of a great idea yesterday , and it is like a new ability for a new upcoming support, it's like if u press it on an enemy champ it prevents them for getting any buffs from allies such as : movement speed , shields , bonus AD or AP and heals , etc.... And if you press it on an ally champ every buff from your TEAMMATES is doubled or something like that. Don't hesitate by giving me your opinion.
