In honor of Black History Month

As a fan of LoL , I thought of a new champ idea a few years ago, when I first played LoL and Lux was the newest champ....

Reggie the Disco Dynamo

Reggie busted "the move", unfortunately it was the wrong move...a dance that sent Reggie spinning thru time and space...With his quad skates and fresh hair cut, Reggie used his power of the groove and his hair Pick to manifest onto the battlefield. Reggie quickly became a Bold and Resilient Champion using his knowledge to support and ad carry...

(Reggie uses attack speed for his Pick throws.)(Reggie has a sweet fro and the suave suit to match)

passive: every basic attack increases Reggie's movement speed ( or ability to move thru units ie; Reggie can move thru enemy minions after x amount of basic attacks)

Q - Reggie charges his "Pick Throw" and causes damage, at the end of the throw the Pick pins down its enemy, slowing enemy champions for x secs

W - "Reggie Throws Down" a wall that moving through has two effects ( allies, it may increases movement speed one way and retreating thru the wall you gain magic resist or w/e) (enemy, it may reduce movement speed one way and reduces armor the other...)

E - Reggie Uses the "Power over Time" to recall his health/mana/ w/e ( this is a tough ability to understand...but we can't use a movement speed buff or the like....imagine that he can call back to the time when he had more mana...or more health, maybe he has to lock it in like other champs ults...)

R - Ultimate - Reggie Summons the "Disco Death Ball" for 1 sec, then can throw it at a location causing enemy champions to dance for X secs

I'm sure you all will rip me up and make this like it's not a serious post...so give feedback and before you bash it and me, consider the newest black man in League of Legends ... I've tried to make this character while thinking of why it wouldn't work, but it does...With that said, Please consider my new Champ Reggie the Disco Dynamo
