Surprise Party Jax

Hello Riot Games

I got a balloon from a party one night and started swinging it above my head like jax and then i thought to myself, Would it not be cool if Riot Games created a surprise party jax skin of some sort? He would be swinging a balloon around to stun people and then maybe confetti for his R or something, i dont know Riot get creative with this idea if you want I would definetley buy that skin it would be amazing and so cool looking. Riot I hope you can do something with this idea in the future it would be amazing.
