How do I deal with inting teams?

So I was Silver 1 with 19 LP this morning. I mosey on to the computer and think to myself "Oh yes, time to get even closer to sweet, sweet End of Season rewards!". I then proceed to lose 5 games in a row and end up at a grand total of 20 LP in Silver 2. What went wrong? Did I feed? Did I make a bad call? Nope. I got 5 games full of inters. 2 games I could have carried lost because yah boy really likes initiating 3-4v5's while I'm protecting THE BASE FROM EPIC MINIONS and then flaming the ADC. Or how about that one where we are literally up by at least 15 kills and they decide that, after getting inhibitors, they should STAY AND SIEGE 3v5 WHILE THE JUNGLER AND MID ARE SECURING BARON DESPITE MY PINGING? And then, of course, because we are forced into trying to baron as an and a . We get executed. They get baron. But soft! What light through yonder window breaks? We are finally grouped as 5! We can win!!!! and then we fight in a horde of baron minions. We get aced. We lose. I just... I can't carry this level of ape. It's a whole new subspecies of Raiseyourhopesthendashthem sapien.

With a week left to go up 2 divisions, I'm sure you can understand why I'm salty. So, you bastions of skill, you kings of mechanical outplay, you sinister overlords of shotcalling... How do YOU deal with INTING APE teams? Is it really as simple as getting better at the game? And how do you get out of a huge loss streak? I need guidance, LOLboards. Save me from the hell known as Silver.
