A New Cosmic/Galaxy Champion?
I know we are already have Aurelion Sol who is the star forger, but what if there was a champion that was the "Destructor of Stars" or something like that. This champion would be a control mage or support. Now I havn't come up with a name for this specific champion or any base health or mana or nothing like that, but I have come up with his/her abilities and maybe some stats that can go with the champion.

Passive- Every 5 seconds, a small star spawns near the champion such as bard chimes which he must step on to destroy that reduce his spells (not ult) by 0.5 seconds. Each star last 10 seconds before disappearing.

Blackhole - Conjures up a Blackhole in an area similar to Lux's E that slows enemies or minions by 40% while standing in the area and after 1.5 seconds the Blackhole collapses dealing 2%,4%,6%,8%,10% (per point) max percent health (scaling with AP) to those affected by it and causing a 50% slow for 2 seconds. Cooldowns: 14,13,12,11,10 (per point)

Supernova - Conjures up a White Star in an area similar to Lux's E that enemies or minions standing in its area are burned for 90,130,170,210,250 over 3 seconds (per point) (scaling with AP) and after a 1.5 second of being on the rift the star explodes. Those standing in the area when the star explodes are dealt twice the burn damage, and are damaged for 80,100,120,140,160 (per point) (scaling with AP) and are blinded for 2 seconds. Cooldowns: 17,16,15,14,13 (per point)

Solar Flare- Summons a Sun in an area similar to Lux's E and those standing in the area are hit by a flare 70,110,150,190,230 (per point) (scaling with AP) each second and last there for 2,2,3,3,4 (per point) before fading away. Cooldowns: 13,12,11,10,9 (per point)

Big Bang- After a 2 second delay summons a giant rock from the galaxy similar to Ziggs R dealing 250,450,650 (per point) (scaling with AP) and leaves the ground below it scorched for 3 seconds dealing 100,150,200 (per point) (scaling with AP), each second. Cooldowns: 135,115,95 (per point)
Of course this is just an idea but if you like it, please feel free to comment if you want to add anything or if you liked it at all.
