Reference Notes
*Tal is a strange concept i just thought up so I'm still fleshing him out also this is my first champion concept ever so please give me some insight so i can come up with better concepts or improve the ones i have :D
Also for reference I will use * to symbolize notes that i put in for some clarification for readers and my self as i do have organization problems so please forgive me if somethings are jumbled, feel free to ask questions and i will do my best to clarify
** Lore**
life is full of darkness but only until you look for the light will your path be revealed. Tal'Ma was a happy kid and the only of his kind that he knows of. Imbued with the essence of the void at birth Tal'Ma was exposed to darkness and suffering that few have survived let alone embraced. Tal'Ma was always interested in his fathers work, always looking at the brilliant paintings his father drew or even coming up with paintings on his own. Since Tal'ma was so different and so unpredictable when angry his parents decided to have him tutored by a friendly mage who lived in the woods just outside of their village. Tal'Ma learned many things from this mage but for Tal'Ma it wasn't enough. So one day in the middle of the night while the moon was high Tal'Ma set out to learn magical techniques from other, more powerful, wizards. After being taught by many diffrent iconic teachers whom he never would forget their teachings; Tal'Ma began work on a new type of magic similar to illusion magic but diffrent in practice and strength. Upon completion of this new magic which he would begin to call imagery magic Tal'Ma set out for home.
Rushing home to tell his now elder parents about his creation and travels he cameback to find that his village was burnt to a crisp with the inhabitants slaughtered. Upon running home he found both his mom and dad cleaved by what happered to be an axe. Fueled by a new found rage Tal'Ma was consumed by the darkness of the void and an endless rage that can only be soothed by the death of the man with the axe. Upon leaving the village and asking around he found few people who knew what happened to the village. He found that a Noxus army came to the village for food and water but when the villagers declined due to the already lacking food and water; The Noxian army took no time in slaughtering each and every last villager, it is said that the army was lead by none other than The Hand of Noxus himself, however, as much as that made sense to Tal'Ma he did not believe it, so he set out to see his ruthlessness in action. Tal'Ma knew this man Darius was strong so he figured he'd be a champion in the League of Legends. So off Tal'Ma went to assert himself into the League of Legends and hopefully find the man whom slaughtered his parents, and when Tal'Ma finds him, well, I fear for anyone that crosses Tal'Ma.

Base Stats at lvl 1/18
HEALTH: 648 – 1791 ATTACK DAMAGE: 46 – 101 HEALTH REGEN: 6.4 – 15.8 ATTACK SPEED 0.625: (+0% – 35.9%) MANA: 372 – 1409 ARMOR: 20.9 – 80.4 MANA REGEN: 6.0 – 19.6 MAGIC RES: 40.0 RANGED: 440 MOV. SPEED: 325
**Abilities:**
Passive: Adapting Image|
Whenever Tal is attacked by a champion or neutral monster it grants Tal with a stack of Adapting Image (limit of 5 per level: for a total of 90 stacks) Each stack will provide Tal with increased armor and magic resist (5% of current armor and magic resist) As well as +10 health with each stack (scaling to about 120 health at level 18). He loses 22% of the stacks upon death while regaining the stacks lost passively over time (i.e if i die and i had 40 stacks Id lose 8 stacks. However id passively regain these stacks over 2 min)
Q: Photorealism|Range: 1100/1200/1300/1400/1500|Cost: 80/90/100/110/120| Cooldown: 17s|
-Passive: generates a mirror image of Tal that randomly wanders to positions that Tal was if the enemy attacks the image they are given a stack of shutter lag which reveals and slows for 1 sec *(Does NOT appear constantly and while on cooldown will not appear at all the time increments at which he appears are random and usually are where Tal was Seconds ago) (more than 1 image may appear) (only 3 images will appear at any given time)
-Active: Allows Tal to blink to a mirror image that is within range of Tal *(I'm thinking of keeping the range on the low side to prevent cross map teleporting) will do an aoe stun for 1 sec if an enemy is within range of the Image but only if the champ has a stack of shutter lag also granting him increased attack damage and attack speed *(don't laugh at the name for those in photography i came up with this champ idea at a photoshoot. names of abilities and passives and stacks are subject to change).
W: Lost Method/Forgotten Method|Cost: 15 / 23.75 / 32.5 / 41.25 / 50 (+ 25% bonus MR)| Cooldown: 0.5|
Toggle off -Lost method|AD: 5% Reduction|MS: 10% increase|AS: 10% of base AS increase|
every basic attack grants Tal 1 stack of Lost method and on the 5th stack all stacks are discharged and he gains a shield that blocks 1 attack and gives increased movement speed, reduced attack damage and increased attack speed *(excluding turrets and baron) **(Yes this includes minion attacks) ***(dispels after 5 seconds of not receiving any damage)
Toggle on -Forgotten Method|AD: 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200(+80% AD boost)|MS: 10%reduction|AS: 5% reduction|
for every basic attack it grants Tal a stack of Forgotten Method after 7 stacks grants Tal a shield that protects him from 2 attacks but at the cost of 10% reduced movement speed for the duration of the buff however this also greatly increases Tal's Physical Damage and Reduces Attack Speed by 5% *(it lasts 5 sec'.) **(this one protects from minion waves and stonger champs but for a higher risk)
E: Dark Arts| Range: 125/135/145/155/165|Cooldown: 10 seconds| AD: 5%/6%/7%/8%/9% of targets max health (+20% of your current AD) |
-Active: When an enemy is hit by this ability they are temporarily silenced and causes their health explode damaging all champs in a small aoe effect that does 5% of the targets max health in attack damage, +20% of your current attack damage. *(this ability is dangerous for tanky champs and can have a nasty affect in bottom lane for tank supports and their adc buddies)
R: Mirroring Image|Cooldown: 130 sec |Cost: 90/110/130|Range: 900/1100/1300|
-Active: Upon activation the user targets a champ and copies that targets current stats after a 1 second channel and grants your all their stats +2% of your current stats and temporarily slows the enemy for a duration of 15 seconds. If the enemy is killed you will gain 5% of their stats and gold permanently however if you are killed by that enemy during this period of time you will have a 5% reduction of your stats that you will passively regain over the course of 3 min *(if the ability is canceled during the channel then the cooldown will be reduced by 60% and you will be refunded mana) **(the stat swap and reduction on death will only take effect after the channel so if the channel is canceled you are safe from the pros and cons of this ult)
Synergies and Counters
*This will take a while so do not expect one soon *same can be said for a game strategy

*May it be noted im writing this at 2:10 in the morning it may not be amazing it may not be 10/10 material, however, I will be working on it doing a lot of balancing and well tweaking to it. please please please give me some feed back on this champ as I really want to get a good idea on what i need to work on a bit more and what is good. anyways thank you all :D
** a quick thing i would like to clarify about Tal's lore. He is NOT apart of the void lore the only tie with the void lore is with Vel'Koz and that is just in the fact that he is human but apart of his soul is that of the void giving him this strive to gain knowledge just like Vel. If anything Tal is tied more into the lore of noxus rampaging and ravaging the small towns that dot Valoran.
***another thing is while Tal is more of a dark mage type of champ his abilities do revolve around some of the lore that im whipping up but did not feel it was complete enough to post on forums so look forward to that if anyone looks at this :D

+edited the passive Instead of gaining stacks lost due to death, by attacking the enemy, you now gain stacks back passively over time
+added a 15 second limit for how long the ultimate will remain active on the target. Lol I meant to put one in i guess i just forgot ;p

+after reading an absolute metric crap ton of other champion concepts I'm going to rework this entire layout and fix the lore and attempt to put some stats in
+Reworked format and made this thing look nicer :D
