Champion Concept: Zultare

Zulatre: Champion Of The Gods Passive:Godly Warrior Whenever Zulatre recieves buffed, he gains a slight movespeed, attack damage, and attack speed bonus. Once he recieves a buff, he earns a stack of Omnipower, which at every 100 stacks, gains a bonus amount of ad and movespeed. Q-Lightning Bolt Zultare strikes the enemy with a bolt of lightning, briefly stunning them and they are marked with Shock, and while the mark is on the target, Zultare's abilities and auto attacks will do some true damage at the cost of some of his health per hit. 50/90/100/200 Damage Scales with 50% AD W-Omnpowerful Zultare dashes to an enemy, blinding and stunning them a 0.5 seconds. He gains 5 stacks of Omnipower. 60/120/150/200 Damage Scales with 20% AD E-Demigod ( Passive ) Everytime Zultare attacks a stunned enemy, their armor is reduced at the cost of some of his health and when he attacks Shocked enemies, he is given a tiny burst of speed. R-Son Of God Zultare calls upon the gods, and he releases an explosion of lightning, doing huge AOE damage and stunning every enemy caught in the explosion radius. This applies a stack of Shock to every enemy but after casting Son Of God, he is stunned for a duration. 300/400/500/600 Damage Scales with 200% AD and 100% AP
