Champion Concept: X-2, The Noxian War Machine

Lore: With the wars between Noxus and the rest of Valoran raging on, Noxian military generals ordered their R&D Team to begin construction on Concept X. Willing to do anything to gain the advantage they desired, Concept X was designed to lead the frontal charges of the Noxian military, utilizing high speeds and deadly precision to gut as many enemies as possible before being destroyed.

Concept X proceeded as planned, overgoing design changes as the Noxian forces reported back from the field. Changes were made, improvements and design tweaks, all for the final task of producing the ultimate war machine. Armor was sacrificed for speed. Armament provided by the generous scientists of Zaun. Hextech guns and sabre swords.

Passive: Noxian Control As X-2 learns from his past mistakes, he will consequently learn to deal more damage per hit. X-2 will gain 2-4-6% bonus attack damage at levels 6-12-18.

Q: Sword Arms/Machine Guns X-2 extends his arms and switches between his deadly Noxian Blades and his hextech machine pistols. Melee and Ranged, respectively. Cooldown ranges from 4-3.5-3-2-1s

W: Spray/Charged Attack If X-2 has his blades extended, his next auto attack will do true damage. 25-50-100-150-200 20-40-80-120-150 If X-2 has his Machine Guns Pulled, he will spray them in a cone in front of him, dealing more damage based on the number of enemies in front of him. 20-30-40-50-60 dmg *.5-.8-1-1.4-2 depending on the number of enemies in front. Max of 5 enemies granting bonus damage.

E: Locomotion Passive: Grants X-2 2-4-6-8-19% Movement speed boost while out of combat for 3 seconds

Active: X-2 overcharges his driving systems, granting him a massive speed boost 5-10-15-20-25% for 3 seconds. If X-2 is hit by any form of Crowd control whilest Locomotion is active, the effect duration of that CC is reduced by .2-.4-.6.-.8-1s

R: All-Axis Spin X-2 Gears up for the final fight. If X-2 has sword arms extended, he will spin in a rapid flurry, bleeding and damaging all enemy champions around him in a 100 unit radius, dealing 100-300-600 initial damage, and causing a 50 20-35-50 health/s bleed for 3 seconds. If X-2 has his machine Guns switched on, his spin will damage all enemies in a 200 unit radius, dealing 200-400-600, and slowing all units hit by 20% for 3 seconds.
