Brolaf skin for Olaf is over priced!

I love playing olaf and the brolaf skin is awesome, but its 1820 for a skin with no in game effects but the things he says. I bought arcade hecarim for 1300 for way more effects and visuals compared to the brolaf skin. Not only will enemy champions not hear most of the things he says, he again doesnt have any in game effects but his Q which is blue instead of grey. His recall could be him chugging some graggy beer like he says is his favorite, he belongs more in the 975 skin section instead of the over priced 1820
