Talon Needs A Skin

So this is my first time trying the new boards, and i haven't exactly been an active member of the forums, but i have to say, i really really like this new layout. However, I'm here to discuss/resurface the topic of talon needing a new skin. Now 3 years ago around this same time the lunar revel skins were released on Talon, Sona, Wukong, and Lee Sin. Since then Lee has gotten 3 more skins, Sona has gotten 2, one of them being an ultimate, and Wukong got a holiday skin for Halloween. I now ask you riot, WHERE IS THE LOVE FOR TALON!? Even Urgot got a skin since then! Talon has had his highs and lows in popularity and win rate, but he has always been an assassin pick favorite since release, and has even been able to see some competitive play. Please riot, just make a talon skin. Ran dry of ideas? Look towards the community for inspiration :) I linked another thread that i thought had a great idea that was put up about 7 months ago. Riot BaconHawk seemed to like the idea, but I'd really heard nothing about news for talon or any skins for him. Like I understand that there is a process to creating skins and it doesn't only revolve popularity for the champion. I'm just confused as to the fact that talon's last skin was three years ago and he is a decently popular champ with devoted players that play him. The ideas are there, so why not just work out a skin for him? His current skins have good models but they are dry in the way of particle effects or anything of the sort. I've been anticipating a well developed Talon skin for years now and am just wondering why one hasn't came around yet when other champions who in some cases are arguably less popular, already have a multitude of skins, or the skins coming out on them are just dry and bland skins that are released at 750. I'm just wondering why a skin on a champ who hasn't received one in 3 years and has players majorly devoted to the champion are not receiving a well developed skin on Talon when other champions, for example Varus, who is less popular and has received 2 1350 skins and 1 975 skin in the time since talon received his last when the ideas are already there.
