Noxus needs a support, so I have some Noxian concept ideas

Noxus doesn't have a "true" support champion in their faction. Morgana fights under the Noxian banners but she's actually a demigod and doesn't actually originate from Noxus itself. Typically Noxian champions favor a kill laning style (see Draven, Darius, Katarina, Talon, LeBlanc, and Riven). It would make sense for Noxus to have a kill style support. So I have some ideas for a Noxian support. Feel free to steal/incorporate into your own designs. I'm just spitballing ideas so feed back would be nice.

Ability style 1: I'm kind of stealing this from a design I saw a few months back, but perhaps a portal style ability much like Rek'sai's tunnels only they disappear upon use. Its almost like the portal gun. You place one portal in one location and the second portal in a new location. The target in the location will then be moved from portal A to portal B. Only works on champions and can only affect one champion, but can be used on both friend and foe. You can use it to toss an ally champion ahead to secure a kill or to pull an enemy back to get slaughtered by your teammates. I think if used on an ally it should be instantaneous, but for foes there should be atleast a 1-2 second delay before it moves them. Leveling up the ability reduces the cooldown time (it should have a long 15 second cooldown) and it could have a small debuff/buff aspect to it. Maybe lower or raise targets defenses by 4 per level of the ability. Maxing out at 20. Synergy: This would be an ideal support ability for a Draven. It can be used to help a Draven avoid a potential skill shot or to catch an axe that got away. Katarina and Swain it would be able to give them the needed gap closing they need to secure a kill or even get over walls. This would have the be the only mobility move on this champion though so blowing this gives the enemy a window of opportunity to focus this support champion without them having any way to escape death. It also makes you choose wisely who you are casting this ability on. Can you try and save your ADC by portaling them to safety? Does your jungler need the gap close to make the gank work effectively? Will tossing your tank over this wall help him get back to lane sooner or send him straight into an enemy ambush? Will you need to use it on yourself to escape giving up first blood? The ability would provide a great deal of versatility.

Ability 2: I'm thinking a stealth field. Much like Maokai's ult it would be able to cloak anyone within range of this new support champion. It could also give a boost to attack or defenses. Perhaps even a speed boost so everyone can feel like they're Akali. I was also thinking that the invisibility would only work on the support champion if nobody was in the range, but once somebody is in range he becomes visible. It would drain mana while it is active and I think would have to be an ultimate ability. I think turrets should still reveal the hidden champion(s) as well as pink wards. It would be too broken if it didn't reveal them. Synergy: This one is probably the biggest stretch. It could hide Sion while he charges his decimating smash. It could hide Urgot so he can utilize his ult better. It could allow LeBlanc to move in undetected with her first distortion (so cast W from outside the field to be inside the field then cast again to really surprise the enemy) and the field would also hide her return points.

Ability 3: Noxus champions prioritize offense over defense. This champion would need to have a poke style ability. I was thinking a skill shot much like Jinx's ZAP! but with something that isn't a slow. How about a blind? Not too many champions have a blind, especially not a support champion. It could also be a silence but that's Soraka's niche ability now and if this champion gets a silence I get the feeling that they will be stream lined into being a mid laner as opposed to being a support. I think a knock up is out of the question too since that would make Yasuo broken again. Maybe a fear would work in this situation too. Synergy: This will be the primary engage ability for this champion. It will deal a small amount of damage but will lock the enemy down with a considerable amount of CC. But it will be a poke/kill style ability. The mana costs will be relatively high.

Ability 4: Another offensive style ability that I thought of is a leach mana ability that deals moderate damage. It could also deal a small amount of damage but if that's the case it would have to be spammable. This champion's main weakness could be that he guzzles mana (see ability 2) so in order to make up for this the champion will have to spam this ability in order to function. It will have to be a skill shot. I was thinking the shot itself could be very similar to Lux's light binding where it can pass through and hit 2 targets but the 2nd target will only be leached half of its mana. Hitting a target with the first half of the spell would refund the initial cost of the spell plus maybe 15 more mana. If you land it though a minion to hit a target it will refund half the cost. I want it to be where you can run out of mana if you keep poking through minions to land this ability. Something like a net loss of 25 mana (if it costs 40 mana to cast) so you really only gain 15 mana on the second hit and 55 on the initial hit. It could also work like a DOT drain on their mana giving the enemy the opportunity to spend that last bit of mana before they truly run out of mana. Synergy: This ability could shut down caster style ADCs such as Lucian and Ezreal (who are Demacian ADCs). Without mana this would force enemy laners to play under turret, to choose skill shots more wisely and it will remove their ability to escape when they get extremely low on mana. No escape means they are very vulnerable to being killed. They will be forced to farm under turret and this sets up dive attempts when the jungler ganks and a Draven or Katarina can unleash hell upon the enemy bot laners. Again, this supports kill laners but also will help you outsustain the enemy if you can land the skill shots consistently. As a way to trim down the power of this ability you can shorten its range or slow its cast speed or travel speed when compared to Lux's light binding.

Ability 5: Noxians favor abilities that stack (see Katarina, Draven, Darius & Cassiopeia) when they fulfill certain requirements. They get more gold, more power, more opportunites for killing multiple foes, etc. Supports typically function best when they build cooldown reduction or mana regeneration. This ability would be more of a passive ability. Something like for every assist this champion gets +1 mana regeneration or +2% cooldown reduction. The CDR would have to be capped at 20% and the mana regeneration would have a similiar cap too. Dying penalties could exist on this champion but I think they should be small so as not to completely obliterate the support mentality required for the role. If the penalty is too high you'll see supports running away to protect their own buffs rather than sacrificing themselves to give their teammate their own buffs.

Strengths of a Noxus style support: Must focus giving kills so will need crowd control in abundance or at least deal considerable damage for a support. Must give out mobility so that Noxians can utilize the mobility to get more kills or escape death. Noxians do not hide behind shields. Will have to have the potential to be sneaky or if not have a kit that encapsulates brute force.

Weaknesses of a Noxian support: Lacking an escape. Noxians would rather kill or be killed, so having no escape or an escape that also functions as their primary engagement tool is fitting with their style. A high risk/high reward mentality goes with them so having an ability where they get rewarded for their successes and penalized for failures (typically this is done with mana issues or with Kat's passive not proccing so she is dead in the water without her shunpo).

Itemization: The style of a Noxian support would work best with a poke/kill lane ADC. Sustaining is for the weak. Spelltheif's edge would give the most synergy with this champion. I was designing them to be more of a mage style support so CDR items such as twin shadowns and mikael's crucible would function well on this champion. Lucidity boots would be the ideal boots choice in 90% of match ups but mobility boots might also synergize well with the portals. Ninja tabi and merc treads in specific situations where you're having to tank more than you normally would. Offensive items would include Rylia's and Lich Bane. Defensive items would include Mikael's Crucible, Banshee's veil, Iceborn Gauntlet and Frozen Heart.

I was actually hoping to get feedback on my own thread, not an advertisement to someone else's champion concept page...

Can't you do it out of the kindness of your heart instead?

Interesting, but hard to read.
