Urf Champion

I gave a lot of thought about Urf and I really wanted Riot to create the champion. I have a few suggestions of habilities for him: Passive - He gets more movement speed and health regen when he`s walking on the river. Q - Switches between a ranged machine gun basic attack, and a melee basic attack with his spatula. W - Calls little manatee friends to help him. They slow the enemy and deal damage. They can only be destroyed with basic attacks. E - Makes his spatula bigger, and his next basic attack will critically strike. R - Creates a region filled with water around him, giving him attack speed and more health regen. Passive: his W cooldown gets lower.
