An alternate use for IP?

I had a thought, what would we do with our IP once we've bought all the champions, all the runes, and all the rune pages that you can? Well, why not make a sort of slot machine. Spend like.. 1000(an arbitrary number) ip and get a chance to get rp, skins, more ip, keys, chests, or whatever. Any thoughts??

I like ur idea, but it seems like a reach. keep in mind that Riot is always coming out with new stuff, champions, chroma skins and who knows what else is in the works.
