SUGGESTION: Vote to Re-Queue in Champion Select

Greetings Riot Games and fellow Summoners,

I realize this topic may have been brought up a number of times. But, I know most players of the** League Community** have at least experienced a negative queue placement. Whether it is lane swiping, toxicity, trolling, etc, we've all lost the enthusiasm to play in that particular match. Ultimately having to play through the 15 - 20 minutes 'hoping' for a forfeit to start a new game. What is a possible solution to avoiding these upmost unappealing matches? The 'logic' behind the solution is quite 'simple', an update for Champion Select. Within Champion Select offer an option to** Re-Queue**, much like the in-game forfeit " /ff " with a minimum required 4 - 1 semi-unanimous vote. Yes, I did say this is logically simple. Easier said than done. I am aware of how tedious adding and changing many, many, lines of code. But, this is an investment that would very well benefit the League Community, giving the players the control to determine whether a queue is to continue beyond Champion Select.
