Two inspiration rune (or summoner spell) ideas --- and no, not gold or kill transfer.

As a support, I feel like the rune options are a bit underwhelming. I have two ideas for a few interesting runes specifically geared toward supports:

  1. "I don't need this!" (Buff transfer). Sometimes you end up with the buffs as support. It would be awesome to be able to transfer them to your ADC. (Transfers would NOT reset the timers.) You could easily tweak the power of this rune/spell if it turns out to be too powerful. For instance, if it turns out to be too much you can reduce the timer, or only allow a single buff to transfer, or have a long timeout. Having this would enable new gameplay mechanics --- your support could run into the JG and take red then transfer it to you. This would leave you alone for the duration, but give you a buff for the fight. You could either allow the buff to be transferred to anyone or bind to a specific individual. The transfer could be mandatory or manual. There are so many options.

  2. "Piss off the tower!" (Take tower aggro) This rune is almost the complete opposite of Ohmwrecker. Tower diving is awesome, and what would be more awesome is if, when your ADC dives, you could walk into tower range and immediately take tower aggro off whoever is currently targeted. Depending on how powerful it turns out to be, it could be an active or permanent effect. If made permanent, it introduces an interesting positive/negative gameplay mechanic --- if you have plenty of health, you can save someone else by taking agro, but if you are low health you cannot participate in the fight because going under the tower will get you killed you even if another player already has tower aggro. If multiple players take this rune and the effect is persistent, you could either have the first player under the tower with the rune continue to take aggro (less powerful rune as that player has to take all the dmg) or transfer aggro to the most recent player under the tower (more powerful rune because dmg is shared between multiple players).

I love this idea. Completely in line with general idea of treating support as everyones bitch ^^

Second one kinda meh though.

1 seems kinda pointless. Maybe I'd transfer red, but it seems like it doesn't really bring any power into the game.

2 could be interesting. Especially if it continually overrides normal turret targeting. Would probably need some other effect.
