New Champion: Xorv
So it might sound like something typical, but I thought it would be cool to have a champion that's a cyborg. (You could say he won't be needing a PROJECT skin)
Xorv, the name of The Mechanical Vengeance, could be a cross between 
and 
.
Basically the DC-Comics villain Two-Face with some fancy-ass technology.

Looks, hmm? Like I said: he'd look like a and , so he definetly needs a robotic suit. Maybe even look like a Battlecast creation or whatever. But he definetly needs some neon on his suit. And not really dressed up in a whole suit (like Full Metal Jayce), but more like... a mix between Prototype and Pulsefire 
. But hey, that's just my way of thinking.
Abilities:
Q: Fires out a blast of plasma, deals (...) + 75% of AP
W. Gives a shield, next 3 basic attacks deal (...) + 50% of AP
E. Fires out a projectile (acts like a 
Q, but then like a boomerang: a 
Q), deals (...) + 65% of AP
R: (You could say it's a Riven ult, but then for a ranged champion) Xorv overclocks himself, getting extra HP, HP and mana regen, movement speed and (...) extra AP. Xorv's basic attacks explode in a circle around the attacked enemy, dealing (...) damage plus 20% of AD. Reactivate R to create a shockwave around you, dealing (...) + 110% AP. (So somekind of Blitzcrank ult, now I think about it...)
I don't wanna be like a unoriginal idiot that collects/combines different kinds of champions together, but I'm only referring the abilities. So yeah, the abilities aren't really stolen of the some other champions, but just look alot like them, when I think about it . 'Would like him to be a mage or a APC. Somekind of Ezreal, even though he'd fit better as mage (on midlane). Best item for him? All the items with Magic Pen-.
What do you guys think of Xorv, The Mechanical Vengeance?
Btw, release skin: Arclight Xorv. You know, because he's a villain. But it kinda gets boring if you keep playing like a bad guy, so why not a Arclight skin?
