Kai'Sa
I read thru the patch notes and noticed my main (Kai'Sa) got nerfed which is disappointing. Second skin was achieved at ~12 as the first mutation now its going to be more difficult to mutate when other champions start off ahead because laning phase she is weaker. On top of you having three mutations you may only get one because of patch. The ult is now only two seconds of shielding. After the surprise flash of the ult it takes some players 2 seconds to target you, which makes the shield useless. By the time you are targeted you may only have .5 seconds of shield. When Ashe's and Ezreal's ult does 200 and 350 at unlock. Ashes and Ezreal did not need more power, they are already meta. 
If these nerfs are here to stay i suggest some buffs to accommodate for the power drop to make her balanced. As a side note, nerf Temo and Amumu.
- Charge w to fire a stronger Void Seeker that post mutation procs the plasma stack by charging it adding 1 plasma stack and roughly 25-50 base damage.
- Give her Mana regeneration. ~2.5 allowing for more sustainability
