So like, when can we buy the pool party stuff?

Just wondering when the pool party skins and sales will begin. I am a bit confused as to why you can view the pp skins while they're not available for purchase. And with the sales, weren't they supposed to start Monday? I know you guys are busy crunching numbers and putting everything together, so I don't want to push you too hard. I'm just wondering when these things will be available.
